Inferno Nacho Fries

These Taco Fries are a delightful and satisfying twist on traditional tacos, offering the perfect combination of crispy fries and savory taco toppings. Enjoy!


  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 TBS Spitfire Seas-n-All
  • 4 TBS WTF Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bag (about 2 lbs) frozen french fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 fresh jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream and guacamole for serving


Prepare French Fries: Bake or fry the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden brown. Season well w/ 2 TBS of Spitfire Seas-n-All.

Cook Ground Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add WTF Taco Seasoning: 
Sprinkle the WTF Taco Seasoning over the meat and add water according to the seasoning packet instructions. Simmer until the mixture thickens. Don't want it so spicy? Use our Easy Going Taco Seasoning instead!

Assemble Taco Fries: 
Spread the baked french fries on a serving platter or a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the seasoned meat over the fries.

Add Cheese: 
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the meat and fries.

Top with Fresh Toppings: 
Add diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced black olives, and chopped cilantro.

Optional: Broil for Melted Cheese: 
If you want the cheese to melt and get bubbly, you can place the taco fries under the broiler for a few minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve hot. Optionally, serve with sides of sour cream and guacamole.
